Nov 11 2008: Very Early Morning

Zach's vent was changed after his failed transport. His labs have shown no improvement and his abd is distended because of enlarge liver and spleen. Also decreased urine output. Blood pressure are holding steady with two pressers. After red blood cell and platlet transfusion have helped his HCT.
